| Corporate Fundraising Coordinator: |
- Approach companies, find out which companies have budgets and affinity with MH's work, present Magic Hospital to them
- Network with multinational corporation by attending chamber events, after-hour cocktails etc.
- Work with the marketing team to design appropriate corporate presentation materials.
- Develop appropriate corporate sponsorships programs and/or corporate events together with the marketing team
- Write fundraising proposals for corporations
- Find creative ways in letting companies organize fundraisers for Magic Hospital and market this to them with support of the marketing team
- Inform Newsletter Coordinator of companies that must be put on the list for Newsletter distribution

| Community Fundraising Coordinator: |
- Identify appropriate community activities to raise funds for MH such as embassy bazaars, International School events, sports events, university campus drives etc. and see to it that these events are properly organized and executed with support of other MH volunteers.
- Mark the social calendar of international balls and pro-actively build relations with organizers to position MH as a potential recipient.
- Design unique and creative events through partnership with external entities such as dance shows, music events, art festivals etc. to raise funds for MH. Your own creativity is the limit.

Magic Day Coordinator: |
- Liaise with international and/or Chinese Kindergartens to organize Magic Days.
- Add new Kindergartens to the list.
- Make annual rotation schedule for if possible 1 Magic Day per month
- Write letter to parents to inform them of upcoming Magic Day and write Thank you letters after the day
- Liaise with the Clowns and make sure they know location and time and join them if possible as a MH representative.

| Fen For Fun Coordinator: |
- Make an updated record of all Fen For Fun bottles locations. Analyze which locations are good ones and which ones not and take action accordingly.
- Store all the bottles and keep track of how many are in use.
- Print out needed stickers and make sure each bottle has a little stand next to it.
- Make sure each bottle gets emptied in a timely manner, cash counted and deposited in bank. Inform accountant and treasurer of each deposit made.
