Now beginning its third year, the Music Enrichment Program provides music lessons to children who would not ordinarily have the opportunity. We are thrilled to announce the launch of a new project at Green Garden School in the Haidian District of Beijing. Classes began September 26th for more children of migrant workers to enjoy the numerous benefits of learning about all things music.
Over the summer, Magic Hospital visited the school for an assessment of the children’s musical knowledge and additional needs. They showed great enthusiasm and eagerness to learn. The classes are held every Saturday for about two hours.
This program could not continue without the enduring commitment and energy of our team of volunteers. They work together to build upon assigned lessons and variety of content.
